Great location and very comfortable beds!

The apartment offered a good amount of space for me, my partner, and our child. Although we didn’t end up using the kitchen, it was very clean and appeared to be fully equipped. Both bedrooms were also clean and spacious. However, the layout wasn’t ideal for our family: the smaller bedroom is located on the first floor next to the front door, while the larger bedroom is upstairs, accessible by a steep set of worn stairs. The separation between rooms, along with noticeable street noise, made it less suitable for traveling with a child. The bathroom, especially the shower, and the living room showed signs of significant wear and could benefit from some updates. The apartment is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and bars, which influenced the noise levels during our stay. Thursday night was relatively quiet, but Friday was much louder due to increased street activity and a party taking place in the unit above us. Other tenants came and went but were generally respectful. Micah was responsive to my questions, which was appreciated. However, the communication overall felt excessive, with numerous separate messages, many of which didn’t arrive until the second day making the information often unhelpful or moot at that point.

The location was great, safe and it was a really nice space. Very comfortable and clean. I am so grateful for the consistent communication from Micah. There were no surprises and it made for a stress free stay! Thanks Micah!

We were able to park our car right out front and we easily walked to Butler Street where we discovered vintage clothing stores, breweries, coffee shops and other quaint places. We walked to the strip district which took us about 35 minutes. The host was easy to contact and very responsive.
